Pratiche di improvvisazione musicale collettiva
Workshop e concerti sulle pratiche di improvvisazione musicale collettiva, in collaborazione con OEOAS Orchestra di Napoli che suoneranno con musicisti egiziani insieme alla suonatrice di oud e cantante Huda Asfour.
I worshop che si svolgeranno al Cairo e ad Alssandria saranno facilitati dalla stessa Huda e da Valentina Ciniglio, ricercatrice nel campo degli studi di musica e etnomusicologia presso l’Università “L’Orientale” di Napoli e Cambridge, intendono esplorare le possibilità di sperimentazione con i ritmi arabi, la teoria maqam e la musica elettronica.

تدريبات الارتجال الموسيقي الجماعي
من المقرر تنظيم ورش عمل وحفلات موسيقية حول ممارسات وتدريبات الارتجال الموسيقي الجماعي، بالتعاون مع أعضاء أوركسترا OEOAS نابولي الذين سيقومون بالعزف مع الموسيقيين المصريين جنبًا إلى جنب مع عازفة العود والمغنية هدى عصفور.
ورش العمل التي ستعقد في القاهرة والإسكندرية ستديرها العازفة الفنانة هدى عصفو وفالنتينا تشينيليو، الباحثة في مجال الدراسات الصوتية والموسيقى العرقية (موسيقى الشعوب) بجامعة “L’Orientale” بنابولي وجامعة كامبريدج، بهدف استكشاف امكانية تجربة العزف مع الإيقاعات العربية ونظرية المقامات والموسيقى الإلكترونية

Collective musical improvisation practices
Workshops and concerts on collective musical improvisation practices, in collaboration with the OEOAS Orchestra of Naples who will play with Egyptian musicians together with the oud player and singer Huda Asfour.
The workshops that will take place in Cairo and Alexandria will be facilitated by Huda herself and by Valentina Ciniglio, researcher in the field of Sound Studies and Ethnomusicology at the University “L’Orientale” of Naples and University of Cambridge, aim to explore the possibilities of experimentation with Arabic rhythms, maqam theory and electronic music.
